WRAPSIFY offers packing, shipping, and monitoring service that will enable our customers to focus more on managing, planning, and expanding their businesses.

- We take care of packing process

From sorting albums/merchandise to taking pictures of the ordered items to securely packing. Allowing you to allocate labor elsewhere in your business.

We know how much the KPOP fans value the albums and merchandise, rest assured that items will be safe and secured with 2-3 layers of bubble wraps. Additional bubble wraps & corrugated box are applicable upon request and with certain charges.

From preparing waybills to dropping of goods to courier to preparing list of tracking numbers. Making your operation process hassle-free.

- Packing & shipping can be done within 2-3 days

Provided that the quantity of shipments are below 100 parcels only. Lead time will start upon receipt of items from customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By availing W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y service, you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions stated as follow:

Payment

We do not accept down payments as of the moment. Customer needs to pay the total service amount + additional items amount (if any) + shipping costs. We will collect the estimate shipping costs from customer first. Excess payment will be refunded or additional payment will be charged once final shipping cost has been provided by the courier.

Cancellation

We do not allow cancellation once booking has been sent. The reason is that we only accept one booking at a time, so once your booking has been confirmed, we will no longer accept any bookings for the days that are within your lead time.

Change of Details

We will not accept changing of details once the final masterlist has been sent to us. This is to avoid any delays or confusions for our team. We highly encourage our customer to check thoroughly the details before sending the masterlist.

Packing

All parcels are 100% safely packed as we allot 2-3 layers of bubble wraps for each item. Customer can purchase additional protection for each shipments at Php5 per layer for bubble wraps and Php50 each for corrugated box.

Courier

• LBC COD/COP are acceptable upon request

• Metro Manila (Trusted riders) - Php120

• Provincial - Php250

   ‣ Courier used will depend since we currently do not have a partnered courier yet. For now, it will be       J&T or JRS

   ‣ Request of courier is okay as long as it is within our reach and available in our place

   ‣ Base price for parcels not exceeding 3kg, (Approx. 1-2 albums, without poster tube)

Loss, Damage, or Delays

Once the parcels are in the possession of the courier, W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y will not be liable in the event of any loss, damage, and delay of parcels arising from act of God, force majeure, or courier's fault. Rest assured that each parcels are safely and securely packed. Inquiries regarding this matter will not be entertained as this should be filed or raised directly to the courier.

We highly suggest to our beloved customers to always indicate the correct declared value for each shipments; in case of successful complaint, the courier might pay the amount you declared for the item.

Delivery of Items

Items to pack should be delivered/shipped to W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y by the customer and should handle the shipping/delivery costs.

Also, customer can directly send the items to us from Korea. Message us first regarding this for discussion and further details.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer. Furthermore, customer has the option to redirect their buyers to W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y for tracking numbers, we will gladly help you answer tracking number inquiries to lessen your workload.

The transaction between customer and W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y ends once the tracking numbers has been provided.

SERVICE PROCESS

When items are in customer's possession, below service process will apply:

Customer Roles

Booking: Customer will book a service through W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y website

Invoice: Wait for confirmation email with invoice

Payment: Send payment and final masterlist

• Deliver/Ship of Items: Customer delivers/ships the items to W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y including the store freebies, poster tubes, etc.

W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y Roles

• Sort & Audit: Once items are received and payment is settled, we will start sorting and auditing the items in accordance with the provided masterlist

• Pack: If everything is correct, we will proceed to packing (Proof of shipments will be provided)

• Ship: Prepare waybills and proceed to shipping

• Tracking Numbers: Provide tracking numbers to customer

When items are in W.R.A.P.S.I.F.Y's possession, below service process will apply:

Customer Roles
